Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Manager position based on-site in New Delhi. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team members, ensuring task completion, and meeting organizational objectives. The role involves planning, coordinating with agency, growing business, providing effective guidance to team members, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and addressing agency requirements efficiently. Individual and team target achiever. As a key member of the management team, the Assistant Manager will play a vital role in executing strategic initiatives.
