Key Responsibilities
Revenue Achievement
- Meet or exceed agreed trade sales revenue targets for the city.
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue across domestic and international routes.
Trade Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, TMCs, and agencies.
- Conduct regular reviews and agenda-driven meetings to expand business opportunities.
Team Leadership & Development
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve organizational vision and prepare for higher responsibilities.
- Maintain high engagement through regular meetings, brainstorming sessions, and recognition activities.
Collaboration & Synergy
- Work closely with corporate and trade teams to generate leads and ensure smooth servicing of trade-centric agents.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales Support, Commercial, etc.) for seamless operations.
Customer Service & Satisfaction
- Ensure timely and efficient handling of customer queries and complaints.
- Provide accurate information on products, policies, schemes, and schedules.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Share timely MIS and actionable insights with leadership to track revenue and respond to market trends.
- Monitor competitor practices and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Networking & Market Coverage
- Ensure widespread market coverage through planned sales calls and participation in trade events, roadshows, and product presentations.
- Enhance brand visibility in the trade segment.
Acquisition & Business Development
- Develop a strong pipeline for new trade partners and SMEs through referrals, social media, and industry forums.

Minimum Requirement
