• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure safety compliance
• Monitor transport routes, schedules, and operational efficiency
• Ensure timely closure of helpdesk tickets and transport requests
• Analyze transport costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction
• Monitor vendor performance and initiate corrective actions when required
• Ensure compliance with statutory transport regulations and audit requirements
• Support internal and external audits and close findings on time
• Prepare dashboards and operational reports for senior management
• Supervise transport team staffing, training, and performance management
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
