We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead - React Js to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in React Js development and should have a passion for building scalable and high-performance web applications. The candidate should be able to lead a team of developers and guide them in developing top-notch React Js applications.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers in developing React Js applications
Architect, design, and develop scalable and high-performance web applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Conduct code reviews and ensure that the codebase is maintainable and scalable
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in React Js development

Skills and Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in React Js development
Strong knowledge of React Js and its core principles
Experience in leading a team of developers
Experience in developing scalable and high-performance web applications
Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices
Experience in working with RESTful APIs
Experience in using Redux for state management
Experience in using React Native for mobile app development is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
