Broad outline of the Role

  • As a Business HR, the incumbent will be responsible to drive key HR projects and act as the COE for HRBP team in supporting the central initiatives. Manage execution of HR strategies & plans, policies and processes related to recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, and talent management; drive operational efficiencies related to productivity, people policies & practices, employee engagement and regional HR issues to improve business outcome. Work to institutionalize processes outlined by policies and drive ownership within employee groups.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA or a post graduate degree in HR
  • 2-7 years of experience in HR

Other Knowledge & Skills

  • Experienced in HR systems, processes, and managed stakeholders including various COEs in HR as well as functional stakeholders.
  • Work as a team and manage projects independently
  • Adept at using HR technologies and tools for data analytics and solutioning
  • Learn in a mature but complex organization with varied People Policies & Practices
  • Innovative thinker and practise an out of the box problem solving approach
  • Excellent Communicator

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute HR Strategy in line with business imperatives as per defined milestones
  • Facilitate talent review and calibration sessions with business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Prepare Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in consultation with the business head
  • Play an integral role in evaluating compensation and performance & create recommendations to drive higher productivity.
  • Facilitate roll out of ESAT roadmap for business and effective implementation of plan
  • Partner with L&D team /SPoC to design and deliver learning interventions towards emerging talent development needs
  • Facilitate implementation of training & development programs and strategies, utilizing global internal resources and external resources as appropriate, to support improved business performance. Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.
  • Act as HR Consultant, analyze, insights derived from data analytics (productivity, span of control) & build cost efficiencies.
  • Drive key projects in the areas of Talent management, winning mix/ diversity at workplace and various other areas to ensure best employee experience.
  • Prepare and provide wherever required, direct and indirect insight to business teams on complex HR issues, to include employee relations, talent development, retention and recruitment strategies, with the ability to recognize and involve specialist members of other resources within HR where appropriate.
  • Design and deliver creative HR solutions that assist in sustaining a positive working environment to foster employee engagement.

Develop human capital plan to execute business goals: define needs, organizational profile, and build talent mindset within organization.
