Job Description

Job Purpose: This role will be responsible for leading Sales and Business Development across the west region, with connectivity to North Bengal, and a base location in Ahemdabad covering nearby markets. The incumbent will manage both Project and Channel Sales, with a primary focus on project-driven business within the Plasters segment. The role requires end-to-end ownership of the sales lifecycle, strong stakeholder engagement, and execution excellence to retain and grow market share, leveraging opportunities from urbanization, infrastructure growth, and redevelopment in the region.

Sales Value Achievement:

Achieve sales targets for customers through effective sales planning and execution.

Drive sales generation through project dealers and trade dealers to maximize conversion and value realization.

Market Development:

Build and maintain a robust database of builders in the city and track their ongoing and upcoming projects.

Generate and maintain a healthy enquiry pipeline through existing B2B references and new leads.

Establish and strengthen long-term relationships with real estate customers and contractors to drive sustainable growth.

Project Dealer Management:

Appoint, develop, and manage Project Dealers catering to customers.

Ensure healthy ROI for project dealers through proper pricing, volume planning, and engagement.

Resolve conflicts between project dealers and distributors, especially on pricing and material allocation for retail markets.

Ensure timely settlement of claims for project dealers.

Customer Service:

Ensure timely and accurate product deliveries aligned with customer requirements.

Deliver high-quality service to key and large accounts, ensuring priority handling.

Coordinate with the Regional Service Executive to ensure effective post-sales service and issue resolution.

Competency Development:

Conduct product and application training for applicators, with focus on Value-Added Products (VAP).

Enhance communication and negotiation capabilities of channel partners to improve product positioning and pricing effectiveness.

Management Information Systems (MIS):

Ensure daily updates of inquiries in MS-CRM for accurate tracking and reporting.

Maintain and update weekly and monthly market activity plans, including product training, mock-up sessions, contractor meetings, product and application presentations, and shop meetings.
