Job Description

1)Verification/Creation of project plans and ensuring changes are completed successfully as per the agreed project plan.

2) Managing day to day communication across all stakeholders Client, vendors, solution, and engineering teams

3) Coordinate activities and tasks among project team members to meet project goals

4)Assist delivery team in day-to-day operations related to Spanish (read / write / understanding)

5)Conduct Spanish workshop for delivery team with clear content

6) Responsible for document translation & content creation.

7) Act as interface between customer, Sales/Solution Team, Vendors, delivery operations & Engineering Teams.

8) The role may lead a small team.

Desired Skill sets:

1) Must have strong experience in Spanish language translation, customer communication.Experience in Project management skills, Stakeholder management skills managing resources & vendors.

2) Must have C1 advance level certification in Spanish Language

3) Basic Telecom knowledge would be added advantage.
