O&M Oversight: Supervise Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contractors, ensuring preventive maintenance (panel cleaning, inverter servicing) and corrective maintenance (repairs) are performed safely and effectively.
Data Analysis: Utilize monitoring platforms to analyze losses, detect faults, and manage degradation rates through predictive maintenance.
Commercial & Financial Management:
Contract Management: Oversee and manage contracts with stakeholders, including PPAs, land leases, O&M agreements, and insurance policies.
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, validate maintenance expenses, and manage tax reporting and compliance.
Warranty Management: Monitor and enforce warranty claims for equipment failure or underperformance.
Reporting & Compliance:
Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare regular reports for investors, lenders, and owners detailing performance, financial metrics, and maintenance activities.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental, grid regulations, and safety policies (HSSE).
Strategic Optimization:
Identify opportunities for re-powering or improving plant performance to enhance ROI, especially for aging assets
