Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end facilities and administration operations across large-scale office spaces
  • Manage workplace services including housekeeping, cafeteria, transportation, travel, concierge, and maintenance services
  • Ensure smooth functioning of facility operations across multiple verticals and service lines
  • Oversee vendor management, contract compliance, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Conduct audits of facility services and ensure corrective actions for deviations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and cost efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill operational requirements
  • Implement innovative and technology-driven solutions for facility management
  • Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance standards across all workplace facilities
  • Lead and supervise large teams including outsourced vendors and service partners
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure delivery of best-in-class employee experience
  • Manage large-scale facility operations including high occupancy office environments
