Key Responsibilities

Performance Reporting & Analytics

• Own end-to-end reporting for key shows (e.g., Bigg Boss), including weekly dashboards and leadership insights.
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as viewership, watch time, engagement, and subscription trends.
• Provide performance summaries and insights for business reviews.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Conduct comparative, cohort, and demographic analysis to identify viewership patterns and performance drivers.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for business teams.

Data Infrastructure & Dashboarding

• Build and maintain structured data warehouses and dashboards using tools such as:
• SQL
• Mixpanel
• Redash
• Amplitude

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Support ad-hoc analytics requests from content, marketing, revenue, and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics outputs align with content strategy and business goals.

Team Support & Knowledge Sharing

• Mentor new team members on analytics tools, methodologies, and data workflows.
• Ensure knowledge continuity and best practices within the analytics function.
