Campaign Analytics Manager Retail Assets Product
- 2+ years of Experience in campaigning or retail assets product
- Planning, monitoring and execution of campaigns
- Identify Right Channel, Right Mode and Right Time to reach out to customer
- Design innovative Ideas to improve campaign Repose Rate
- Customer Segmentation/Micro-segmentation using analytics techniques
- Optimization of Campaign Spends to improve C2I
- Analysing the Customer Drops-offs during the Digital Journey and plan drop off campaigns and journey improvements
- Use of external/internal alternate data
- Design Campaign Effectives Matrices and Effective Performance Monitoring
- Innovator with out-of-box thinking to provide analytical solutions to business problems
- Effective Stakeholder Management. Engagement with Business Heads, Product Teams, Marketing Teams and operations team
- Experience in working on SAS/SQL/Power BI will be preferred
Education Background: MBA, Masters from Tier I or Tier II institutes
