Digital Trainer

We are looking for Digital Trainer who is proficient in giving training for skills like Power BI, SQL,

Python .

Experience required between 3 to 5 years.

Duration : Fulltime

Job Responsibilities: You will be part of the Global Digital Tools Hub team and have the responsibility to develop and deliver digital skills training as well as develop automated solutions for Corporate departments.

This role presents opportunities to work with senior stakeholders globally and may require travel to Regional Headquarters for in person training. Specific role responsibilities are:

1. Develop and implement a training calendar based on a robust training need analysis; digital tools training including Power BI, Alteryx, Python, & SQL

2. Create training content with specific use cases and work with internal subject matter experts to understand current processes

3. Deliver weekly training and repeating set of training to Corporate participants and senior management in small groups across 5 regions; provide regular office hours

4. Market & promote the training program; proactively review and identify areas to improve and new relevant topics to cover; implement measures / success factors

5. Be part of the development team and develop automated solutions using digital tools and turn them into relevant training content
