Job Title: Assistant Manager – Human Resources
Location: Ludhanian , Delhi
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
* Coordinate payroll inputs, validation, and employee queries
* Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.)
* Maintain HRMS data and prepare HR MIS & dashboards
* Handle employee engagement, grievances, and HR communication
* Manage exit formalities and Full & Final settlements
Requirements:
* MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
* 2–6 years of experience in HR Operations
* Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll processes
* Proficiency in HRMS (Workday preferred) and MS Excel
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills
