Job Description

Managing Ford Global Prototype & Ford RLLP Business/Intel / Transportation mode, Recommended consolidation.
Trade Management: Product classification, Product compliance (licensing), Trade documentation determination, Free trade agreement (preferential tax), Budget estimation.
Packaging Design: Reusable packaging, Disposable / expendable packaging (cardboard, wooden, etc.), Testing and evaluation, Estimate cost for sample package.
Operations: Central order management, Booking with local, station, Document management, E2E - event management, Track & trace, Supplier follow up.
Project / Quality: SOP documentation and roll out, Supplier training / on board (new lane ), Performance reporting, Performance reviews, Continuous improvement.
Information Technology: System set up, Visibility, IT Service Management, EDI link.
Finance: Budget control and management, Audit Management, Invoicing process, Dispute settlement/ Claim process handling.
Apart from Ford, even domestic transportation for Apple, Google, Cisco, Intel etc. is being managed which gives annual GP of approx. 600k Euro
