Production Analyst

• Associate-level role focused on production management, application support, and infrastructure services across technology platforms
• Supports deployment of complex applications and system architectures while ensuring production stability and quality
• Offers exposure to Agile/DevOps practices and cross-functional collaboration with platform, domain, and feature teams

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technology services, supporting application management, production deployments, and environment builds
• Collaborate with product development and feature teams to enable continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Attend feature team refinement and planning sessions to understand upcoming product changes
• Identify areas for service improvement by analysing recurring incidents, stakeholder feedback, and platform performance
• Build a culture of continuous improvement focused on automation, scalability, CI/CD, and operational resilience
• Ensure all deployments meet quality standards and compliance requirements
• Contribute to problem diagnosis, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues

Required Experience

• Minimum of five years of technical experience across platforms, technologies, products, and domains
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments with CI/CD practices
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard toolsets, processes, and operational principles
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Splunk, and GCP cloud services
• Ability to analyse technical issues and implement solutions to improve platform performance
