The Role

Assistant Manager – Human Resource will take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the right talent joins on time. This includes planning and running focused hiring campaigns, building strong talent pipelines, and coordinating interviews efficiently. You will partner with business leaders to understand their needs, conduct and schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates while delivering results effectively and with high quality

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and define hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns to attract the right talent.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment with accountability for timely and quality hires.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews, ensuring a structured and efficient selection process.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across the organization to meet current and future workforce needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Track recruitment metrics and report performance against hiring goals.
  • Work with external partners and agencies to optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Drive recruitment efficiency while ensuring positions are filled promptly and effectively

Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills to engage candidates, department heads, and external partners effectively.
  • Ability to align hiring with organizational priorities, manage timelines efficiently, and deliver results with focus and ownership.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment, technical and R&D hiring, campus drives, and strategic sourcing
