Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Analytics Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end digital data collection and customer journey measurement solutions leveraging Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Web SDK, Launch, and Server-Side Forwarding.
The ideal candidate will serve as the technical and strategic lead bridging marketing, data engineering, and analytics teams to deliver unified and privacy-compliant digital data ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Design scalable and future-ready digital data collection architectures leveraging Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK (AEP Web SDK) and Adobe Launch (Tags).
- Architect cross-channel data collection frameworks to support analytics, personalization, and activation use cases across web, app, and other digital touchpoints.
- Define data layer strategy, ensuring consistent schema and taxonomy across platforms for use in CJA, RT-CDP, and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Drive implementation of Server-Side Forwarding (SSF) to enable seamless data integration with Adobe Audience Manager (AAM), Target, and other MarTech systems.
- Implementation & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end setup and deployment of Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
- Collaborate with developers to implement and validate data layer events, tracking specifications, and SDK configurations.
- Define and enforce governance standards for tag management, variable mapping, and report suite strategy.
- Perform data validation, debugging, and QA using tools such as Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Charles/Fiddler, and Network tab analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and data engineering teams to align business KPIs with measurement frameworks.
- Partner with Adobe and internal data platform teams to enable data activation, audience sharing, and advanced analytics within the AEP-CJA ecosystem.
- Conduct technical workshops and documentation for internal and client stakeholders to ensure knowledge continuity.
- Optimization & Enablement
- Identify opportunities to optimize data collection performance and reliability through server-side tracking and reduced client-side footprint.
- Ensure data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) and implement consent-based tracking mechanisms.
- Support enablement of self-service analytics via curated CJA workspaces and standardized dashboards.
Skills:
- 6 to 10 years in the Adobe Analytics domain
- Digital data management, audience strategy, or MarTech consulting, with at least 3+ years hands-on with Adobe AAM and/or RT-CDP, Adobe RT-CDP data model, DSPs, DMPs, SSPs) and data onboarding via LiveRamp or similar platforms, JSON schemas, XDM models, and Experience Platform Web SDK.
