Job Description
The Lead Specialist (Manager) will be responsible for leading the product / solution offering vision and strategy, providing input on the target operating model, ongoing development and support of the product and supporting go-to-market activities. They will need to work closely with the product portfolio managers and the marketing, client success and delivery teams within KPMG Managed Services to enable success of the product. They will mentor and coach individuals on teams, develop product roadmaps, drive operational governance, collaborate with the market growth team, improve processes, and ensure KPI adherence while fostering cross-departmental collaboration. The Lead Specialist will play a crucial role in developing business cases, target operating model design, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective product management and the use of AI / automation. In addition, the product manager is responsible for the monthly and quarterly performance reporting of each product within their portfolio, including supporting reports to senior management.
- Minimum of 5 + years of experience in the areas of Product Management, Project Management, Solution Development, Requirements Analysis, Business Analysis, Lead Architect and/or Solution Delivery for a technology services company in a highly technical and fast paced delivery environment; including 12 months experience in providing client services (consulting experience).Prior experience in a B2B environment preferred.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from an accredited course of study, in Product Management, Solution Development, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management or Business Information Systems.
- Experience in building shared service centers and designing target operating models (TOM's) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and judgment skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive stakeholders
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to travel as necessary
- Experience working in a Consulting and Managed Service environment, with prior experience in shared service center design and development and / or GBS.

- PMP Certification preferred
