ASSISTANT MANAGER – Ad SALES

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Ad Sales Specialist to drive brand-focused advertising revenue for a portfolio of 50+ manufacturers. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Brand Acquisition Onboarding:

• Actively engage with assigned manufacturers to onboard them onto our advertising platform.
• Develop and present compelling value propositions that demonstrate the benefits of our advertising solutions.
• Campaign Management Optimization: Develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns tailored to individual client needs and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., ROI, CPC, CTR, conversions) and provide regular reports and insights to clients.
• Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and proactively recommend adjustments to maximize ROI.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client contacts.
• Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
• Negotiate and secure consistent advertising budgets and recurring revenue streams.
• Coordination Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Expected skillset:

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising sales, e-commerce advertising, or performance marketing. Prior experience with e-commerce advertising platforms or ad tech tools (e.g., Citrus Ads, Online Sales) is a strong plus.
