What this job involves:

As an Assistant Manager Data Analyst at JLL, you will be responsible for collection and tracking of various real estate, Food & Beverage/FM/Admin related data from various stakeholders within organization while organizing data and keeping it handy for record retention and future and present use. This role requires creation of Dashboard and presenting data as per client requirement while translating complex data findings into actionable business recommendations for facility managers and clients. You will track billing and various FM related reports from site team and share records including compliance, EHS, billing, PPM dashboard while retaining and refreshing Seat Allocation data for multiple sites. This comprehensive assistant manager data analyst role involves using JLL and client technology tools like share folders, Inventory Management tool for updating, recording and presenting data while liaising with various stakeholders within and outside organization including Admin, sourcing, vendor, site leads, executives, finance, transport, project as per requirement. You will create MMR and presentations on PowerPoint while being responsible for accurate and timely report and data generation, directly contributing to JLL's mission of delivering exceptional data analytics excellence through comprehensive data management, stakeholder coordination, and business intelligence that ensures accurate reporting, strategic insights, and operational efficiency across diverse facility management and commercial real estate environments.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Collect and track various real estate, Food & Beverage/FM/Admin related data from stakeholders while organizing data for record retention and future use
  • Create Dashboard and present data as per client requirement while translating complex data findings into actionable business recommendations for facility managers
  • Track billing and various FM related reports from site team while sharing records including compliance, EHS, billing, PPM dashboard for comprehensive coordination
  • Retain and refresh Seat Allocation data for multiple sites while using JLL and client technology tools for updating, recording and presenting data
  • Liaise with various stakeholders within and outside organization including Admin, sourcing, vendor, site leads, executives, finance, transport, project as required
  • Create MMR and presentations on PowerPoint while ensuring accurate and timely report and data generation for performance objective achievement
  • Organize data systematically while maintaining records for retention and accessibility ensuring comprehensive data management and stakeholder coordination
  • Utilize technology tools including share folders and Inventory Management tool while demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduation from recognized University with advance course in Excel, PowerPoint presentation including shortcut keys, high speed keyboard skills
  • Advanced V-lookup, H-Lookup, Slicer, Pivot, Linking sheet capabilities with added advantage of MACROS, MS-SharePoint, Power BI or VB processing knowledge
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS/Data Analytics role in FM/Admin/Service industry with mail and verbal communication skills
  • Street smart, self-confident and self-motivating go-getter personality with meticulous and analytical approach for comprehensive data management
  • Understanding of real estate, Food & Beverage/FM/Admin related data collection and tracking from various stakeholders within organization
  • Experience with data organization and record retention while demonstrating Dashboard creation and data presentation as per client requirements
  • Knowledge of complex data findings translation into actionable business recommendations for facility managers and clients coordination
  • Understanding of billing and FM related reports tracking while demonstrating records sharing including compliance, EHS, billing, PPM dashboard

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Seat Allocation data retention and refreshing for multiple sites while understanding JLL and client technology tools utilization
  • Knowledge of share folders and Inventory Management tool usage for updating, recording and presenting data with comprehensive technology coordination
  • Understanding of stakeholders liaison within and outside organization including Admin, sourcing, vendor, site leads, executives, finance, transport coordination
  • Experience with MMR creation and PowerPoint presentations while demonstrating accurate and timely report and data generation capabilities
  • Knowledge of meticulous attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills while possessing ability to collate information using logic and reasoning
  • Understanding of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems identification while demonstrating complaints handling and disputes settlement
  • Experience with grievances and conflicts resolution while maintaining comprehensive data analytics coordination across facility management environments
