About the Role:
We are looking for a Assistant Manager-TA to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring a strong pipeline of talent to support our B2B business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for B2B Sales roles .
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and design effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring B2B roles.
- Track and manage recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Ensure smooth candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proven experience in hiring for frontline and leadership roles in B2B Sales.
- Strong stakeholder management skills able to collaborate with business heads, HR partners, and hiring managers.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and networking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / recruitment dashboards for reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment practices.
