Job Summary:
We are looking for a Data Analyst who can help us unlock insights from complex datasets and build robust data pipelines. This role blends business analytics with data engineering and analytics ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategies, science, code, and impact. You'll work closely with CXOs, engineers, financial analysts, sales & operations to collect, clean and translate data into real-world breakthroughs in vehicle and battery performance.
Responsibilities:
- Build scalable and reliable data pipelines connecting storage systems with compute clusters.
- Collect market and vehicle data to perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify key patterns, trends, and feature importance.
- Develop and optimize Python-based scientific models and algorithms rooted in domain data.
- Collaborate with domain experts to interpret datasets from field usage.
- Support the team in building dashboards, reports, and data tools for internal consumption.
- Maintain code repositories, data documentation, and reproducible analysis environments.
Most importantly, ability to convert data into business insights and outcomes
The Ideal Candidate:
- 24 years of experience in data analysis, or applied data science roles.
- Strong command of Python and Jira, especially in the context of data analysis and scientific computing.
- Comfortable working with large datasets, handling missing or noisy data, and building pipelines.
- Ability to interpret and implement models from technical literature and research papers.
- Familiar with Business Intelligence tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Exposure to tools like Jupyter, Git, Docker, SQL, or cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.
