About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing & Content expert to support the end-to-end execution of integrated brand campaigns, content strategy, and marketing operations for Flipkart Seller Hub. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, campaign management, creator/agency coordination, analytics, and execution excellence. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and leadership to develop impactful marketing that drives seller acquisition, enhances brand recall, and fosters revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and wants exposure across 360 marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Management
- Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (brand films, digital, social, performance, events)
- Manage timelines, internal approvals, and day-to-day coordination with creative agencies, video production teams, performance teams, and PR
- Oversee logistics, shoots, and stakeholder alignment for brand film projects and podcast episodes
Content & Creative
- Assist with scripting, research, episode flows, and content direction for podcasts and seller storytelling properties
- Draft creative briefs, evaluate creative output, conduct competitor benchmarks, and maintain visual identity consistency
- Manage content calendars across social and internal channels
Data & Performance Analysis
- Track campaign KPIs (Leads, CTR, CAC, reach, engagement, recall, consideration) and prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards
- Research seller insights, category trends, and vernacular content opportunities
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with internal teams (Growth, Category, CRM, Performance Marketing, PR, Legal, Finance)
- Handle conversation and coordination with agencies/creative partners, creators, sellers, and talent for shoots and events
- Manage vendor contracts, billing follow-up, quotes, and compliance
Operational Excellence
- Create SOPs, maintain project trackers, meeting notes, follow-ups, and action logs
- Support planning of seller events, monetization models, and on-ground activations
- Ability to step into any gap and keep work moving seamlessly
Required Skills & Competencies
- 13 years of experience in marketing/content/project management roles (preferably digital or brand)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management ability
- Creative eye + content instinct
- Basic analytics proficiency (Excel/Sheets, dashboards, campaign metrics)
- Ownership mindset, humility, and initiative
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and problem-solving independently
