Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Assistant Business Development Manager (Asst. BDM) to drive revenue growth and lead high-value client interactions. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to strategic business expansion initiatives.
You will play a critical role in converting premium leads, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring consistent target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Revenue Ownership: Handle high-quality inbound and outbound leads; drive conversions and revenue generation.
- Client Consultation: Conduct detailed discussions with investors and brands to understand business goals, investment capacity, and alignment.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the complete sales process from lead qualification to deal closure with a consultative selling approach.
- Team Support & Mentorship: Guide and support Business Development Associates (BDAs) to improve performance and conversion rates.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brand partners.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Market Intelligence: Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to support business strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Graduate (any specialization)
- Experience: 2–4 years in sales, business development, or consulting (preferably high-ticket sales)
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to handle high-value clients and complex discussions
- Data-driven and target-oriented mindset
