We are seeking an Assistant Manager for Biomass Projects to join our team in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This is an on-site, full-time role responsible for the planning, execution, and management of biomass projects. The Assistant Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of biomass projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution, and ensure the timely delivery of quality outputs. The role also involves managing stakeholder communication, analyzing project performance, and identifying areas of improvement for process optimization and sustainable growth.

• Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, execution, and timeline management for complex projects
• Technical skills in biomass energy systems, renewable energy, and sustainability practices
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and monitoring project performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and drive successful project outcomes
• Relevant experience in the agriculture or renewable energy sector is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
