Job Description

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily F&B operations including cafeterias, coffee stations, and catering services
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for food service delivery
  • Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and service standards across all dining facilities
  • Monitor food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations

Vendor & Supply Chain Management

  • Manage relationships with F&B vendors, caterers, and suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize cost-effectiveness
  • Conduct vendor performance evaluations and implement improvement plans
  • Oversee procurement processes and inventory management

Menu Planning & Development

  • Design diverse, nutritious menu options catering to various dietary preferences
  • Collaborate with vendors on seasonal menu updates
  • Monitor food trends and employee feedback to enhance offerings
  • Balance menu variety with budget constraints and operational feasibility

Client & Stakeholder Relations

  • Partner with HR and facilities teams on employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate special events, celebrations, and corporate functions
  • Address employee feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly
  • Support leadership meetings and client entertainment requirements

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and health department standards
  • Maintain HACCP protocols and documentation
  • Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
