Role - Retail Store Manager

What you will do:
- Oversee all store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff management in the store located in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to meet and exceed targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including SOPs related to store operations.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.
- Analyse sales data and trends to make informed decisions regarding pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner to resolve issues and maintain customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in customer-facing roles in a retail environment.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales reporting, and staff scheduling.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend data.
- Familiarity with implementing and monitoring KPIs to drive business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
