Role Overview
UniAcoustic is looking for a Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team. The role involves coordinating design, exhibitions, and product marketing initiatives. They will ensure consistent brand presence across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and manage all brand content including social media posts, emailers, website updates, internal communication, and marketing copy.
- Plan and execute the complete design workflow by coordinating with internal designers, agencies, and external creative partners.
- Develop and manage monthly and quarterly marketing calendars covering campaigns, events, digital content, and brand initiatives.
- Drive branding activities including photoshoots, video creation, storytelling, visual direction, and creative guidelines.
- Lead strategic brand collaborations with architects, designers, influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Plan, structure, and manage all catalogues across UniAcoustic's product series, from content development to layout and production.
- Oversee end-to-end exhibition management, including booth design, fabrication, logistics, branding, setup, visitor engagement, and post-event reporting.
- Coordinate global exhibition participation and assist in planning UniAcoustic's presence at international events alongside global teams.
- Conduct research on industry trends, global inspiration, design cues, competitor activities, and new ideas for branding and product communication.
- Manage dealer experience modules including communications, training materials, onboarding, and brand experience elements.
- Support showroom planning: layout concepts, design direction, product displays, customer journey flow, and branding elements.
- Ensure timely refresh, improvement, and consistency of all marketing collaterals across print and digital platforms.
- Maintain strong coordination with sales teams, designers, and leadership to align marketing actions with business goals.
- Collaborate with global teams, including Vicoustic (Europe), to ensure brand alignment, knowledge sharing, and cohesive marketing direction.
- Track campaign performance, gather insights, and prepare reports for digital metrics, events, exhibitions, and key brand touchpoints.
- Maintain timelines, manage budgets, and ensure agency deliverables meet quality and brand standards.
- Bring new creative ideas and design-led thinking to enhance UniAcoustic's overall brand presence and market influence.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the interior design or acoustic solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
