Job Summary:

We're looking for an Assistant Brand Manager who can execute brand strategy with energy, creativity, and speed. This role is for someone who is as comfortable building a campaign plan as they are picking up their phone to shoot content. You'll work across mCaffeine and Hyphen, coordinating with creative agencies, content teams, R&D, and operations — while also being a hands on creator yourself. If you have strong brand instincts, love being in front of the camera, and thrive in a fast-moving D2C environment — this is your role.

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution:

• Support and execute brand strategy through structured campaign ideation, planning, and rollout • Conduct consumer research to identify insights that inform brand messaging and campaign direction

• Build campaign briefs rooted in consumer behavior, market trends, and brand positioning

• Track campaign performance and share learnings to continuously improve brand output

• Assist in go-to-market planning for new product launches across both brands.

Cross-functional Coordination:

• Be the day-to-day connect between creative agencies, content teams, R&D, and operations for brand content and communication

• Manage timelines, creative feedback, and deliverables across multiple teams simultaneously

• Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints — ads, social, website, packaging, and CRM

Content Creation & On-Camera Presence:

• Be an active, confident on-camera presence for brand content — reels, reviews, tutorials, and campaigns

• Shoot and edit short-form video content independently using phone-based editing tools

• Create quick-turnaround visual assets using Canva for social, campaigns, and internal use

• Bring strong aesthetic sensibility to everything the brand puts out

• Stay on top of content trends and proactively pitch formats that fit the brand

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a closely related role

• Prior experience in D2C, beauty, personal care, FMCG, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred

• Hands-on experience with Canva and phone-based video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or similar)

• Genuinely comfortable and confident being on camera — this is a non-negotiable for this role

• Experience coordinating with creative agencies and cross-functional teams
