Key Responsibilities:
Brand Marketing
- Build campaign creatives including key visuals, communication, and positioning for Times Network properties.
- Plan and strategize marketing plans for network properties and brands.
- Execute digital marketing strategies, measure campaign effectiveness, and manage performance marketing.
- Understand and apply SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics for marketing campaigns.
Project & Agency Management
- Coordinate with multiple departments within and outside the organization for campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Identify potential partners, negotiate barter deals, and manage execution.
Content & Communication
- Create presentations and communication materials (PPT, DOC, XLS) for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AI/PSD is beneficial.
Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct research to identify need-gaps, opportunities, and challenges.
- Track competition and industry trends.
MIS & Reporting
- Timely reporting, tracking, and updates on campaigns, finance, and legal affairs.
- Deliver accurate reports and maintain data integrity.
