Job Purpose
The Assistant Brand Manager will support brand strategy execution, campaign planning, and on-ground marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility, footfalls, and revenue for various brands under Imagicaa. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing brand and marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and on-ground channels.
Support brand positioning initiatives to strengthen Imagicaa's market presence and consumer recall.
Ability to handle multiple brands of Imagicaa simultaneously.
Coordinate with creative, digital, media, and agency partners to ensure timely campaign execution.
Work closely with sales, operations, and park teams to execute promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Track campaign performance, prepare MIS reports, and share insights for optimization.
Manage marketing collaterals, in-park branding, signage, and POS materials.
Support social media, influencer, and partnership initiatives aligned with brand objectives.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed consistently across all communication.
Assist in budgeting, vendor coordination, and marketing procurement activities.

Qualification & Experience
MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Brand Management, or equivalent
36 years of experience in marketing, brand, or consumer-facing roles
Experience in entertainment, hospitality, FMCG, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred
Hands-on experience with campaign execution and agency management
