Artist Relations and Community Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a music-loving, proactive team member who can work closely with artists and labels on the platform. You'll support artists with their day-to-day needs, help them grow on Beatchain, and

contribute to the overall growth of the platform in India.

This role is Work From Home but based out of Mumbai, and requires flexibility to take meetings whenever needed across different time zones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support artists on WhatsApp and Intercom and help resolve issues quickly

• Manage the quality of music, metadata and content submissions from artists in line with industry standards

• Keep track of artist activity and help them grow on the platform

• Discover and onboard promising independent artists from time to time

• Share cool ideas for Instagram content around the indie scene

WHO YOU ARE:

• A genuine music buff with a strong interest in independent artists

• Friendly, proactive, and good at solving problems

• Comfortable communicating with artists and handling multiple conversations

• Based in Mumbai, able to work remotely, and flexible for meetings when needed

• Have 1+ years of experience in media, music, or a related space
