We're looking for someone to work closely on artist projects, event execution, and brand collaborations at MARS Management (& The Marsian Agency)
This is a hands-on role where you'll be directly involved in real work across hip-hop culture, live events, and brand activations.

- Location: Lucknow (Hybrid - 3 Days Office)
- Type: Internship / Part-time
- Stipend: ₹4,000–₹8,000 + Bonuses (based on capability/experience)
> What You'll Do:
- Handle coordination & communication (venues, vendors, partners)
- Identify and pitch to youth-focused brands or colleges for events, collabs, and partnerships
- Contribute to growth plans and outreach documents that support business development goals
- Assist in event planning & on-ground execution
- Support in brand outreach & follow-ups
- Help manage artist schedules & project timelines
- Coordinate with teams for content & deliverables
> Who Should Apply:
- Confident in communication (calls + messages)
- Organized and good at follow-ups
- Passionate & Interested in music, events & youth culture (Hip-Hop/Rap will be plus)
- Comfortable with on-ground work when required
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with AI Tools, Google Docs, Sheets, and Canva is mandatory
