Join Physics Wallah Gurukulam, a pioneering initiative transforming school education in India! We're looking for a creative, performance-driven Social Media Marketing Associate to lead digital storytelling and community engagement across our Gurukulam campuses.

Your Role

You will manage and grow Gurukulam school pages, create engaging content, run local digital campaigns, and drive student-led social media initiatives that strengthen our community presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 5+ engaging videos weekly (Reels, Shorts, testimonials, event highlights).
• Produce daily short-form content for YouTube and social media platforms.
• Design 5+ static posts weekly (graphics, carousels, stories).
• Plan and execute localized digital campaigns in collaboration with school teams.
• Mentor students to build and manage Social Media Clubs.
• Drive consistent growth in reach, engagement, and online visibility for Gurukulam pages.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing (preferably in school/youth-focused brands).
• Strong command over short-form video creation and current social media trends.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Basic photography skills and a creative eye for storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
