We are an architecture and design studio focused on crafting thoughtful, context-driven spaces. Our work blends design innovation with cultural narratives, material exploration, and craftsmanship. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can translate our design philosophy into compelling digital storytelling.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing our digital presence across platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of design language, visual aesthetics, and content strategy—someone who can communicate architecture beyond drawings and into engaging narratives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the firm's brand and projects
  • Curate and manage content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Translate architectural projects into engaging storytelling formats (reels, posts, carousels, captions)
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and visualizers to extract project narratives, concepts, and processes
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of communication
  • Plan and manage a content calendar for regular posting
  • Write clear, engaging, and design-focused captions and copy
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize content strategies
  • Stay updated with social media trends, design trends, and digital tools
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers for content creation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in design/architecture/lifestyle domain
  • Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, and design sensibility
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, concepts, and materials

Preferred Qualities

  • Interest in architecture, interiors, and craftsmanship
  • Eye for aesthetics, detail, and storytelling
  • Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency
  • Self-driven, organized, and collaborative mindset

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work closely with a creative design team
  • Exposure to diverse architectural and interior projects
  • A collaborative and design-driven work environment
