Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
Decrypton is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will be responsible for designing and managing all visual content across the company's ecosystem. This includes Decrypton's own products, client deliverables, marketing assets, training materials, and presentations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, consistency, and storytelling, and be capable of translating ideas into impactful visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality graphics for Decrypton's products, platforms, and digital presence
Create visual content for client projects, including social media creatives, branding elements, and marketing materials
Develop engaging training materials, presentations, and educational content
Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms
Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions
Edit and enhance existing designs as per feedback
Stay updated with current design trends and tools
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*IMAGE- Basic to intermediate proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar
*VIDEO- premiere pro, after effect, final cut, or other video editing tools
AI based generation skills are plus points
Strong sense of creativity, layout, typography, and color theory
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
Good communication and understanding of design briefs
Portfolio showcasing previous design work (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in creating social media content and presentations
Knowledge of branding and visual identity
Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing (a plus)
Compensation:
Fixed Salary: INR 7,000 per month
Performance-Based Incentive: Up to INR 3,000 per month
