Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking Full-Stack Engineers who operate above the code. This role goes beyond traditional software development and focuses on architecting, deploying, and monitoring autonomous AI systems that write and execute code. The ideal candidate understands the mechanics of LLMs and can maintain system integrity when AI agents go sideways.

Core Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage autonomous AI agents within cloud environments
• Utilize frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph to monitor AI performance and spending
• Perform context engineering and optimize token usage
• Identify and mitigate model drift to ensure reliable outputs
• Implement and scale Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems

Technical Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering expertise across the entire stack
• Ability to read and understand code in Java, Python, and TypeScript
• Deep architectural understanding of building with AI agents, not just using them for coding shortcuts
