About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Software Engineer to join our dynamic tech team. The ideal candidate will have strong application development experience and a solid foundation in backend technologies, databases, and modern AI-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications.
• Build and integrate AI-powered features into existing platforms.
• Work on search, retrieval, and data-driven systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, AI/ML, and Engineering.
• Optimize performance and ensure high availability of applications.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Application Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as MongoDB, SQL, and search technologies.
• Good understanding of backend architecture and scalable systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Graduation from Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering colleges preferred.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills):

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Knowledge of Vector Search technologies.
• Prior experience working in a startup environment.
• Exposure to AI/ML-based product development.
