Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for highly skilled engineers with hands-on experience building AI-powered agentic workflows for sales and marketing automation.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents for sales and marketing use cases
• Build and deploy Agentic AI workflows using modern orchestration frameworks
• Develop RAG pipelines with vector databases and retrieval optimization
• Integrate LLM-powered systems with enterprise tools and CRM platforms
• Build production-grade automation workflows with observability and guardrails
• Collaborate with GTM, product, and engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Implement evaluation frameworks to improve agent performance and reliability

Must-Have Technical Skills

AI / Agentic AI

• Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or equivalent)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks
• Multi-agent orchestration
• Guardrails / hallucination prevention

Programming

• Python (Mandatory)
• Strong backend development experience
• API integrations

Workflow Automation

• n8n / Zapier / automation orchestration platforms

CRM / GTM Platforms

Hands-on integration experience with:

• HubSpot
• Salesforce
• Other CRM / RevOps / Marketing automation tools

Databases / Infrastructure

• Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, ChromaDB)
• Cloud exposure (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Marketing Agent Builder (Preferred Experience)

• Lead scoring and routing
• Campaign automation
• Content generation workflows
• Customer segmentation
• Growth automation

Sales Agent Builder (Preferred Experience)

• CRM workflow automation
• Sales outreach automation
• Pipeline enrichment
• Forecasting workflows
