Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI models. You will be responsible for designing and fine-tuning AI solutions, including GANs and deep learning architectures. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, experience with AI research and model optimization, and the ability to translate complex concepts into production-ready solutions.

Compensation: 10-20 LPA depending on expereince and skills

Key Responsibilities1. AI Model Development & Fine-Tuning

1. Develop, train, and optimize deep learning models, including GANs, transformers, and diffusion models.
2. Implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to improve model accuracy and efficiency.

2. Research & Innovation

1. Stay up to date with advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning, integrating new techniques to enhance model performance.
2. Experiment with novel architectures and contribute to research-based AI solutions.

3. Data Engineering & Preprocessing

1. Build efficient data pipelines for structured and unstructured datasets.
2. Implement data augmentation, synthetic data generation, and feature engineering to improve model performance.

4. Model Evaluation & Optimization

1. Conduct rigorous A/B testing, hyperparameter tuning, and model benchmarking.
2. Optimize models for latency, scalability, and resource efficiency in production environments.

5. NLP & Computer Vision

1. Apply NLP techniques to improve natural language understanding, entity recognition, and sentiment analysis.
2. Work with computer vision models for object detection, segmentation, and image/video analysis.

6. Production Deployment & Performance Monitoring

1. Deploy models into production environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), ensuring scalability and robustness.
2. Collaborate with MLOps engineers to integrate models into the pipeline and monitor their performance in real-world scenarios.

7. Code Quality & Documentation

1. Write clean, modular, and well-documented Python code using industry best practices.
2. Maintain detailed documentation of model architecture, training processes, and deployment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or similar frameworks.
2. Hands-on experience in GANs, fine-tuning LLMs, transformers, and diffusion models.
3. Experience with model optimization techniques, including quantization and distillation.
4. Knowledge of data engineering techniques for AI model training.
5. Understanding of MLOps best practices, including model deployment and monitoring.
6. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model training and deployment.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work on real-world AI challenges.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

1. Experience in multimodal AI models (e.g., combining text, vision, and speech).
2. Familiarity with synthetic data generation and augmentation techniques.
3. Understanding of low-level model optimization for edge AI deployment.
4. Experience contributing to AI research or open-source AI projects.
