Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Articled Assistant based in Lucknow, allowing a combination of on-site work and remote work as required. The Articled Assistant will assist in various tasks, including statutory audits, internal audits, tax return preparation, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities will also include bookkeeping, assisting with tax assessments, and conducting detailed research to support financial and legal advisory services. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop expertise across various domains of financial practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting
• Knowledge of Taxation, including Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance
• Skills in Auditing Procedures, Internal Audit, and Statutory Audit Practices
• Research and Analytical skills, particularly in financial and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in Bookkeeping and hands-on experience with accounting software
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or enrollment in a Chartered Accountant program
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite; familiarity with Tally or other accounting tools is a plus
