Senior Executive - Food Safety

Overview:

• Conduct Risk Assessment and Gap Analysis of Food Business with respect to FSSAI regulations and Flipkart Food Safety Management System.

• Schedule and Implement Internal Audit Framework against Flipkart Food Safety standards

• Maintain the Seller, Store dashboard data, reports and records related to Food Safety.

• Food Safety Culture development which includes food safety training and awareness to stakeholders

• To Prepare and verify compliance guidelines, food safety annexures, seller onboarding documents / Records / Log sheets and record the deviations to ensure the system Compliance.

• Monitor prohibited/banned ingredient data based on regulatory updates

• Prepare and maintain monthly dashboard and compliance data and connect with respective stakeholders to highlight critical food safety complaints, regulatory contacts, and notices

• Food safety Documents record keeping for external, Certification and Legal Compliance Audits.

• Job requires travelling to different sites as per plan - 30 to 50 % within State.
