Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Lucknow. The Accountant will manage daily financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, reconciling bank statements, ensuring timely tax filings, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making with accurate financial insights and maintain a high standard of financial record-keeping and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and financial analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools such as Zoho Books, Tally, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance laws, and auditing procedures
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management, including bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; professional certifications like CA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for financial modeling and analysis
• Ability to collaborate with teams and communicate complex financial information clearly
• Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment
