Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Professional to drive B2B sales for Bosch Fire Alarm Systems in UP and Rajasthan region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project sales for Bosch Fire Alarm & Detection Systems.
  • Develop and manage relationships with consultants, PMCs, contractors and key end customers.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • Ensure brand specification with consultants and tracking of upcoming projects.

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working with Fire Alarm Systems (Bosch or similar premium brands preferred)
  • Proven track record in project-based sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering / PGDM / MBA
    - Proven experience 5-10 years in project sales, business development, or a related field.
    - Strong understanding of the project sales -safety and security industry
    - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    - Ability to work independently and a good team player.
    - Result oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Additional Information

  • Customer Relationship & Customer Orientation: Champion in understanding customer needs & customer processes to derive customer strategy and in implementation & execution of customer relationship management.
