Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Market Development

Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.

Develop market entry & consolidation strategies to expand business reach.

Identify and qualify leads through trade shows, industry events, and networking.

Build and implement strategies to enhance brand positioning and revenue growth.

Sales & Business Development

Develop a long-term strategy for key customer account management and revenue growth.

Collaborate with engineering & production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Generate new business by engaging in RFQs & proposal development.

Monitor pricing strategies and market perception to drive profitability.

Operational & Coordination

Work closely with Production, SCM, QA, and Design teams to align business objectives.

Ensure accurate costing analysis and adherence to industry standards.

Address customer complaints effectively with cross-functional coordination.

Stay updated on technical advancements to anticipate customer requirements.

People & Leadership

Foster a culture of learning & innovation within the marketing team.

Coach and develop subordinates to build a strong leadership pipeline.

Top Skills Required:

Fabrication & Machining Industry Expertise – Knowledge of welding, machining, material properties, and industry standards.

Market Research & Business Development – Ability to analyze trends and identify opportunities.

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition – Proven experience in networking and engaging with potential clients.

Key Account Management & CRM – Strong customer relationship skills to drive long-term partnerships.

Cross-functional Coordination & Cost Analysis – Work closely with internal teams to optimize execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Master's degree (preferred) – MBA or relevant specialization.
