Xperteez Technology is looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager who can drive regional sales performance, build strong hospital partnerships, and lead high-performing teams.
Role OverviewAs an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, strengthening brand presence within hospital networks, and managing sales teams across branches. The role requires strong analytical ability, operational oversight, and people management skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate area sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives
Achieve quarterly and annual business targets for the assigned territory
Build and strengthen brand presence within the defined hospital network zone
Maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and customers
Identify hiring needs, recruit, and train new executives
Monitor and forecast daily MIS on product performance across branches
Prepare sales reports and PowerPoint presentations for management review
Manage financial reconciliation and coordination with hospitals
Experience Required8+ years of experience in sales and team management
RequirementsStrong B2C sales experience, preferably in BFSI, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, or Credit Cards
Strong analytical and data analysis skills
Proven team management experience
Experience in retention management and attrition control
Ability to manage field teams and drive consistent performance
