Sales Strategy & Planning:

- Work closely with the sales team to assess performance and refine sales strategies.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and motivate nationwide sales team members to achieve targets.
- Communicate with team members to identify barriers to success and provide solutions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
- Stay updated on new product launches and ensure sales team readiness.
Operations & Coordination:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the sales department.
