Job Description

Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the General Trade (GT) channel.
  • Work closely with the sales team to assess performance and refine sales strategies.

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and motivate nationwide sales team members to achieve targets.
  • Communicate with team members to identify barriers to success and provide solutions.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
  • Stay updated on new product launches and ensure sales team readiness.

Operations & Coordination:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the sales department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sale
