Skills and Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite for sales analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
