Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Bengaluru, allowing for a mix of on-site and remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role includes building strong client relationships, managing a sales team, tracking performance metrics, and preparing detailed sales reports. Collaboration with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Territory Management, and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Networking, and Relationship Building
  • Experience in Team Leadership, Coaching, and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or diagnostics industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to track and improve sales performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
