Role Description

This full-time on-site position, based in Bengaluru, is for an Area Sales Manager - B2C. The role involves developing and managing strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and customers to drive sales. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research to assess customer needs. The Area Sales Manager will also actively promote Sternhagen's product portfolio, provide support to clients, and contribute to the overall business growth in their assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge or experience in the sanitary wares or luxury fittings industry is highly beneficial
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of sales reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
